Job description:
- Telephone
solicitation and supporting customer requests in your regional
area
- Recommend
the right peripherals, software and or supplies to customers
- Provide
some basic instructions in peripheral connectivity
- Enter
customer orders on line
- Post-sale
support including: customer returns, refer customer to proper
technical support numbers,
follow-up on sales
for accessories and supplies
- Track
shipments on line
- Organisation
of Outlook address book & emailing promotions
- Demonstration
of peripherals at regional exhibition
- Find
new customers to sell to in the comfort of your home office
Required qualifications:
- Excellent
phone skills required
- Excellent
written and spoken French or English skills
- Excellent
customer service skills
- Ability
to learn peripherals quickly
- Previous
experience on "ON
LINE ORDERING SYSTEM" required
- Familiarity
with BAR CODING peripherals & CASH REGISTER peripherals
or thermal labels & ribbons
- Familiarity
with connectors
